Sales Policy

Because our items are handmade, custom/personalized and many times one-of-a-kind, we do not offer returns as a general rule, but we do strive to make sure that you are happy with your order.

If you have an issue with the quality of your item(s) or they are damaged/defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We will happily work with you to make sure your order is perfect!

If you are ordering personalized/custom items, a digital proof will be sent to you prior to production. PLEASE be sure to review/read ALL names and spellings on your items. Once you approve the proof, the items will not be recreated due to spelling errors that were missed on the proof unless they are purchased again.

Shipping Information

We utilize USPS Ground Advantage shipping for most of our items, and sometimes ship via USPS priority mail if the flat rate box price is comparable to the ground rate.  Items ship from Hammond, LA – normal shipping times from the USPS apply. 

Shipping times are NOT included in the production times stated on products.

If you need an item outside of our normal production/shipping times, please reach out to us.  We will do our best to work with you and meet your needs.
